2. Can I have an email id to send my CV?
We do not encourage receiving CV by email. It limits the scope of your CV’s visibility to all the Sr. Consultants of ritejobs.
Why restrict your candidature to just one Consultant when you can have a wider visibility by registering online?
3. What are the advantages of registering my CV online on ritejobs.com?
It takes only 10 minutes to upload the information and has multiple advantages as listed below.
Once you've registered with ritejobs.com the system takes care of your profile.
• Your profile will be matched with the job posting each time there is a matching requirement for you and you will be
alerted.
• The system also forwards your resume to the concerned recruiter who will again scrutinize your profile and if it
matches, will contact you for further discussion.
• Alternatively, you can also apply to the jobs posted that are of interest to you.
4. Is ritejobs a job portal?
NO. We are not a job portal. We are a Human Resource Consulting Company and we DO NOT treat your CV like it is done on a job portal.
There is strict confidentiality maintained in handling each and every candidate. There is no reason to fear that your CV may be viewed by your colleague/senior.
The access rights to our exclusive database are given only to our Senior Consultants/Recruiters.
5. Do you charge any registration fees to candidates?
NO. Candidate registration is FREE with ritejobs.
6. Will I be able to meet any consultant if I come in personally and register?
Sorry, we do not encourage walk-in appointments. However in the event you are short-listed., you will be given an
appointment and invited to our office by the concerned consultant for an interview.
7. How do I make sure that my CV has been registered successfully?
We have a resume tracker which shows you the percentage of registration successfully completed by you. If the
tracker shows 100% registered, it means you have successfully completed all the 3 steps of registration. Alternatively,
you can logout and again try to login as a registered candidate using your user id & password and if you’re able to
log in, you have successfully registered.
8. After registering online, how soon can I expect a call from ritejobs?
Our Senior Consultants will match your profile with the active vacancies available with us and get in touch with you.
Alternatively, you can also apply to any position advertised on ritejobs which is of interest to you.
Once your CV is registered, our online tracking system will track your resume each time a new position is advertised and alert you if your CV matches with the job posting.
9. Can ritejobs help me in my career planning?
Yes. We will be glad to meet you in person with prior appointment and help you in career guidance and planning.
10. How can I inform you in case I have any changes in my profile such as acquired some new skills,
upgraded my job profile, changed my designation, changed my career plans, have new contact
numbers?
You can log in and review, change, update and edit your profile and also upload a fresh resume in Step 3. You have
complete control on your details which is totally secure and only amendable by you.

1. How do we forward our job vacancies to ritejobs?

link. You can send us your job vacancies through the Client Inquiry Form. Our Head – CRM will be
in touch with you once we have received your details.
2. Do you support Overseas Clients with interview space facility?
Yes. We can organize an interview space in our offices in Mumbai /Bangalore or book a Business Centre at a hotel on behalf of our Client.
3. Do you facilitate visa processing?
Yes. We will collect all the necessary documents from our candidates who have been selected and facilitate the visa processing, ECNR and any other formality to ensure safe and timely passage for all our candidates. We will only support the visa processing and lot be responsible for Visa procurement which will have to be organized by the Employer.
4. Do you support your clients with media planning and advertisements in print?
Yes. We will give complete support in terms of designing the entire media plan, releasing the advertisement and also managing the response.
5. What happens if the advertisement response is not adequate to close our requirement?
Along with the advertisement response, we will also give full support of our internal database to ensure that we close the positions in the specified time-frame.
6. Can you briefly describe the kind of database available with you?
The database consists of Indians, NRIs & Expatriates. These candidates have a rich experience in various industries viz. manufacturing, retail, banking, service, logistics, media, hospitality, IT, telecom etc. Right from Executive level to Top Management profiles including professionals like C.A.s, MBAs, legal, C.S. and others
