- Stock maintenance as per ratio.
- Vendor management
- Space Planning
- Submitting reports in time frame
- Maintaining facility safe & secure as per standard checklists
- Coordinating with Admin & facility teamMaintaining contacts with government agencies like police, fire dept. & supporting members
- Conducting training sessions of Housekeeping staff and taking rounds of office buildings
- Providing the material quotation as per requirement
- Bill & quotation affairs
