Position: Process Trainer

Job Location: Gurgaon

Qualification & Exp:

Min 2-5 yrs exp in BPO. Domain Exp in Telecom Process (BPO), should have handled a training batches of at least 30 people.

Job Profile:

- Conducting of the Process Training and other specialized training modules.

- Responsible for new hire training.

- Responsible for conducting refresher training for bottom performers.

- Responsible for personal development of the trainees through regular observations, feedback & performance discussions.
