PROFILE : Assistant Manager -A.C.E. (Learning and Developement)
Location : Noida(Delhi)
JOB DESCRIPTION
§ Work closely with the Central team to drive & execute the blue print designed for organization and Employee Development.
§ Coordinate with Leaders to determine & analyze Training needs for various departments and deliver on solutions.
§ Develop or customize training programs and other interventions to meet the organizational needs.
§ Coordinate and administer on-going Leadership & Employee Development Initiatives.
§ Design & deploy measurement tools to gauge Training effectiveness.
§ Floor-walk with the Employees post Training and provide on-line support to implement. Development practices / initiatives on the shop floor.
§ Coordinate multi-dimensional Training Solutions in close coordination with External Training consultants, as appropriate.
§ Scheduling training programs / events, developing and publishing L&D calendars and coordinating post delivery Program, activities, monitoring and tracking training data and reporting MIS.
Qualification Graduate Experience 5-6 years
Skill Sets:
Essential - Outstanding Communication skill, Training Delivery, Facilitation skills – Platform and Presentation Skills, proficiency with MS office.
Desirable - LMS exposure, Understanding of Org Development dynamics.
