Position: Assistant Manager Training
Location: Pune
Qualification: Graduate, min 3-5 yrs experince in BPO. Domain Exp in Telecom Process (BPO), should have handled a team of at least 5 trainers
Job Description:
- Conducted one-on-one feedback sessions with the trainers on weekly basis so that
their effectiveness during the training could improve.
- Successful transitions of international and domestic processes.
- Conducting fresh as well as refresher training for batches of maximum 30 agents.
- Conducted VnA and Behavioral trainings.
- Creating, Updating & Maintaining the Training documents for all the processes aligned.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
