Position: Senior Manager Training

 

Location: Hyderabad

Specifications (Eligibility Criteria): 7-11 years experience (would have added advantage if worked in a domestic company)

DEPARTMENT: Training

Job Profile:

- Strategizing, planning and effectively addressing organizational training needs via roll out of monthly training calendar,  scheduling of training modules, ensuring participation / appropriate buy-ins, management of training delivery and measurement of training effectiveness.

- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, quality standards

- Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.

- Work closely with the Central team.

- Coordinate with Leaders to determine & analyze Training needs.

- Scheduling training programs for the Entire South Region.

- Coordinate multi-dimensional Training Solutions.

- Employee Development Initiatives.

- Training calendar, budget, Lead content development, Training needs identification.

Complexity:

  •  Work on problems of limited scope.
  •  Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  •  Receives assignments in form of objectives with goals and processes to meet outlined goals.
  •  Coordinates with internal contacts.
