BE Civil with PG in Project management

Vision, analytical ability, problem solving, lateral thinking, communicator, flair for acquiring new knowledge and implement through planning, financial controlling ability, understanding of project finance, Knowledge of Contracts and other related acts incl dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have,  to achieve the key objectives)

·         To develop and obtain approval for the departmental systems. Implement the same.

·         To review the system for continual improvement.

·         To participate in corporate planning efforts and prepare documents required.

·         To develop team and accomplish departmental goals through effective team work,

·         To prepare standard documents for contracts and procurement department that will meet the purpose..

·         To ensure competent vendors are inducted at the most compitative rates in the project with clear deliverables.

·         To submit MIS reports on time and analyze the same.

·         To participate in Value engineering efforts,

·         To control inventory at project site using Proj. management skills,

·         To develop data bank.

·         To develop competent documentation system that will protect orgnisation’s interest in case of litigation.

·         To be vigilant towards claims, deviations, etc at project.

·         To prepare claim approval documents, obtain approval from Project head and CSD head.

·         To review performance of contractor / vendors at project. Initiate appropriate corrective action wherever required.

·         To comply with all requirements of the internal and external customers.

·         To train officers in planning and budgeting so as to involve all related officers in the process.
