Sous Chef
* Experience: At least 3-4 years
* Highly skilled in Indian/Tandoori items - Chicken/Lamb/Fish/Veg
* A passion for excellence in food preparation
* Leadership and communication skills
* Able to work in a multicultural environment
* Very demanding in terms of hygiene and safety
* Cost minded nevertheless creative and resourceful
* Ability to lead, train and enjoys sharing knowledge with the team
Benefits:
Sous Chef: Canadian $1,500 p.m. - Canadian $2,000 p.m.
- Accommodation will be provided by the company.
- Medical is Government eligible
- Bonus will be paid provided the restaurant makes a profit.
- Travel provided by the company from accommodation to restaurant and back
- Company will offer a two-yearly employment contract.
- If the company likes the candidate, they will sponsor for Canadian Permanent Residency after two years of contract.
