Ø      Operational and maintenance of air conditioning like Windows, Split, and Package and centralized A/C.

Ø      To carry out all the operation and maintenance related activities of the facilities

Ø      To ensure the day to day operations and the service request/complaints are attended to in committed time.

Ø      To carry out the regular planned preventive maintenance activities/annual maintenance activities are carried out on all electro-mechanical  equipments as per maintenance program

Ø      To record the number of complaints/services request received , fill up the maintenance log books, parameters readings recording for the M & E equipments in the maintenance log book.

Ø      To provide necessary support and assistance to the AMC vendors during breakdown/shutdown activities.

Ø      Carry out timely switching ON/OFF various electro mechanical equipment and ensures smooth operations of the facilities. Work on measures to conserve energy for the facilities

Ø      To execute the established safety program and ensure that all safety goals are met.

Ø      To provide monthly reports input as per the established/desired form.
