Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the profitability of the product; with a challenging budget & accounting principles and contribute to the growth of the product and the market share.
- Track customer profitability & the productivity in terms of yield, shipments & revenue per desk.
- Training the Distribution team in line with the requirements, including self-development and keeping abreast of the latest market trends & products.
- Coordinate with the sales team to make customer calls, need assessment, program recommendation, pricing sheets, scope & rates till client acquisition.
- Account management for each of the customers, monitoring the revenue growth, credit control & customer service.
- Ensures good vendor management practices’, in assessment, service level agreements, performance & evaluation thus reducing operating expenses.
- Ensures operational procedures for all distribution activities, mainly with regard to safety & security – MSS (Minimum Security Standards of Company)
- Oversees the planning of staffing levels and hiring of distribution office and warehouse personnel.
- Reviews records/reports to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Reviews records/reports for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures & assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies.
- Be proficient in managing all the activities by Company own e-systems.
- Employee performance evaluations
