A. Purpose and Scope
To plan, administer and manage all company policy and procedure relating to all IT activity by performing the following specific duties & responsibilities personally and/or through department subordinates.
B. Specific Duties and Responsibilities – (In coordination with General Manager and business unit managers -
Devises, applies and manages policy and procedure related to the following business functions)
· Procurement / Installation / Monitoring / Budgeting of the Hardware & Software Platforms.
· Installation & administration of the Servers & Workstations.
· Installation & Maintenance of Computer Networking System – LAN & WAN.
· Installation of External & Internal Communication systems pertaining to Computer Systems.
· Installation & Maintenance of PCs & Software on Workstations for all Departments in-house, or supervision, if it is a Third-Party.
· Installation & Maintenance of Point of Sale Machines in the Stores.
· Implementation of Annual Maintenance Contracts for the Hardware as per requirement.
· Developing & Implementing Hardware / Software Policies for the Company.
· Developing & Implementing Security Policies for the Network, Data of the company
Implementation of Backup & Recovery policy for the Data and maintain records periodically.

· Excellent communication, leadership, analytical & organizational skills.
· Ability to plan, guide and lead a team.
· Must be fluent in English language – Written & Spoken Arabic is a additional benefit
